Luckily this time I looked at it. It had 2 gold and a silver, why was it removed?

EDIT: I just checked and it's still there.

All of the /r/ask subs -- even /r/askmen -- are basically run by feminazis who will disappear stuff like this that isn't downvoted by the userbase.

All of the big subs are run by feminazis. All of the meta subs. Pretty much all of reddit.

It shows up fine for me. It's currently on page 2 of askreddit because it's a day old. It also looks unaltered when browsing in ceddit (which highlights removed posts).
