Rape would be the most obvious, since a woman raping a man is often legally committing ‘sexual assault’.

Selective service, is only a law for men, so only men get punished for it.

The rest are just uneven application.

In Belarus the death sentence is only applied to men.

In Russia the maximum a woman can be imprisoned for is 25 years. Men can be jailed for their whole life.

In Singapore only boys can be caned at school and in prison only men are caned as part of their punishment. Caning is very common.

In Malaysia only male are caned as part of their sentence.

In Ireland only boys are charged with underage sex if both the girl and boy are 15.

Assault on a female, 1, 2.

In North Carolina, if an assault is committed against a male, the perpetrator (whether male or female) is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. But if a male over 18 years of age commits an assault on a female, it is a Class A1 misdemeanor (the same classification as when a person inflicts serious injury upon another person or uses a deadly weapon). N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-33. This difference in classification means that male defendants who assault females receive greater sentences than defendants of either gender who assault males.

Killing your own child, if a woman does it it's infanticide and has a much lower sentencing guide than murder. If a man does it it's just murder.

In New Zealand:

“Male assaults female” has a longer max sentence and more restrictive bail conditions than “common assault”

Infanticide has 3 year maximum sentence vs 20 for murder

We also have sentencing guidelines for rape and sexual assault that recommend forced penetration gets longer sentences than forced envelopment.

In the US, there are not specific laws, but many crimes have a sentencing range that judges can choose from. For example, the sentence for a certain crime might be 2-4 years. If the judge has an unconscions bias, men might be more likely to get the higher end of the range.

Women in general, in western countries, serve on average 63% less prison time than men for the exact same crime. So yes, all crimes punishment is more lenient for women

The worst case I can think of:

Infanticide Australia and Canada max sentence : 5 years

All laws have a bias. In UK it deliberately and openly avoids sending women to prison. In India it deliberately avoids sending women to prison, as well as giving men long sentences for consensual sex outside of marriages (10 years) a victimless crime. In USA women frequently receive far lesser sentences for all crimes also. Even in islamic areas such as Palestine, look how many men are on death row compared to women, I believe they execute men yearly but roughly only 1 woman every 20 years in Palestine, look it up. I believe this includes victimless crimes also such as selling drugs.

India also only puts rapists to death who are male and I believe only if the victim is female. This law is with regards to children under 12 however the law only seems to include female victims.

Well obviously all crimes punish men more on average. But I suppose you mean where the actual law says to punish the man more rather than just the justice system being biased?

Tricky. For the most part if the law's going to be explicitly biased like that they'll just not punish the woman at all. You'd probably want some sort of case where maybe the same crime for a man was a serious crime and was defined as something much lesser if the woman did it --- like rape for example in the UK where the definition of rape says only men can be rapists and if a woman were to be charged for the exact same act it would be a lesser offense (in the USA they simply never prosecute a woman for only raping a man).

Maybe abortion in the US would be an example. In some state where they are trying to penalize women for abortions they might manage to make it some sort of misdemeanor but if the man did the same thing he'd be charged with murder.

In the U.K. women have infanticide defence if they kill their child within the first 12 months of having it. Men do not have his defence
