There are certain people like Jennifer Lawrence who I can give the benefit of the doubt when she says this kind of thing, because she's clearly uneducated on the doctrine of modern feminism, but Beyonce is a stone cold bastard. How about teaching everyone the same things. Right now if someone actually goes around and follows this mentality, all this teaches for girls is to aim high, have way too high expectations. Smart women will work hard and get there, sure. But many will try to find the shortest, manipulative route to get where she wants. And uses her feminity to her vantage along the way.

As usual, no one even knows what that even means and if any female were to try to explain it, there would be a different explanation a week from now because feminism is just shit women pull from their asses as they go along, they just make it up as they go along, which is why women love feminism so much and despise concrete truths, science, facts, etc.

But for the 2nd part.. you want to succeed like a man? Well, then learn to work as hard as a man, start taking risks like a man, learn to be accountable like a man (no one is going to put anyone in any position of power they cannot hold accountable) and learn how to start be reliable like a man & stop being so flaky, moody, unpredictable & unstable, then yes, you can 'reach as high' as you want. So get busy, girls! You've got a LOT of work to do on YOURSELVES!

OP summarized the text in what he thought the real message was. But this is not very far from the reality, I mean, our priority must be to educate a more fair society and teach gender equality to our boys and create ambitions on girls. I don't agree with the interpretation of OP at all.

Right now, our society is ruled by men. Men are encouraged to be aggressive and women are encouraged to be tepid and submissive. This quote urges men to learn the "rules of equality and respect" so that they can treat women as capable agents rather than inferior beings. It also urges women to realize that despite what their society seems to suggest, they have potential and can "reach as high as humanly possible." This quote is encouraging girls AND boys to respect equality. There is nothing wrong with it; it's beautiful actually.
