IDK although I actually had a feminist agree that maybe it should be applied to race as well. I'm half Asian, but sometimes get mistaken for white although if I had "white privilege" it wouldn't have been until my 20s as everyone in my neighborhood knew I was half Filipino. Hard to fake if your mom is Filipino.

He talked about his sister being dark skinned although white. She gets stopped at the border when coming back from Mexico. He doesn't. Does she really have "white privilege"? If perception is what's important rather than reality, that really throws the privilege hierarchy out the window. Regardless, the concept is interesting in regard to how perception affects reality.

:ole many feminist things though, I think it gets extinct faster when accelerated. If men charged women with regret sex, regret sex would no longer be considered rape.

One last point to make. You're actually wrong in the sense that it';s codified in law. Many municipalities protect gender expression. I believe although not 100% positive, discriminating against a straight person because you think they're gay is against EEOC rules. You may disagree with the concept of CIS, but we still need a term to discuss the concept of gender expression so come up with a different word.
