You can take them to court and will win.

They can have a woman hour if there is demand you can also ask them to instigate a men only hour.

Where you will win on this case is that they are not allowed to ask men to leave the pool. The sessions has to be sold as a separate event. So everyone has to get out and women have to buy another ticket to come back in for their specific hour. Otherwise the genders are not being treated equally. Women would have a longer swim for their ticket than men and it is definitely against the law. So every one has to get out of the pool and women do have to buy a specific ticket. Take them to court You will win on this instance. It makes a mockery of the women are embarrassed if they just ask men to leave the pool.

Dude, like what? Women's bathing suits are basically underwear and either a tank top or bra. If women are wearing clothing that are just as showy, chances are that clothing IS a bathing suit.

Because swim boy shorts and swim shirts aren't a thing. Because 1 piece swimsuits the cover up the entire torso of a woman aren't a thing.

If a woman throws on a string bikini, she did that shit on purpose, not because she was forced to. Just like if a dude put on a speedo, it wasn't an accident.

Same shit goes on at my local swimming pool as well. It's only a few hours a week off the top of my head and it's not exactly peak time but it's the principle of it.

after the thread was locked by an mod...about five hours later i received a ban from /r/swimming telling me "you got a lot of latitude in that thread, but you became a prick. oh by the way i'm not a woman, religious or likely younger than you".
