The following are legal rights woman have that men do not. Title of legal right is followed by a brief definition and debate questions. Thanks for the read!

1)"Federal Prohibition of Female Genital Mutilation Act of 1995," prohibiting woman from having genital mutilation NOT men. At birth it is arguably expected to see infant boys "mutilated" in the act of circumcision. Is this really fair?

2)"Infant Safe Haven" laws, 4 states ONLY allow the MOTHER to "relinquish her infant." From Child Welfare Information Gateway's "Infant Safe Haven Laws" PDF. Why is the mother only allowed to relieve herself of her child? Are men not worthy caregivers?

3)FBI states, and I quote, "The revised UCR definition of rape is: PENETRATION, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim." Can woman penetrate men? Therefore, can men be raped by this new legal definition?
