Complain to the university. Point out that it is these attacks on men which is putting men off applying to University. Request that an equal number of posters are put up in support of abused men.

Point out that is possibly gender discrimination.

Firstly, she would need to prove that she is not ugly, stupid or frigid. If she can prove she is not, then it's abuse. If she is, it's just the truth.

The truth is not abuse, it's just a hard pill to swallow.

If this is abuse, then I've been abused by past girlfriends waaay more than I myself have ever abused any of them. Also, I've seen waaay more women openly abusing their children and husbands than men.

I hope the helpline's response to this is "no one is forcing you to be his girlfriend, that is a choice you're making. Make different choices if you're not happy with the result of your current choices".

When the fuck did we start teaching women that they aren't responsible for their own choices? And how the fuck does it help women, or society, to deliver that message?

There is nothing saying this poster is aimed only at women. It could be aimed at gay men as well...or women dating other women who think they are men. Or women "seeing" actual boys...

However, the poster is correct... at least it's not bashing men.. it's telling women to do something about being called names (which they should have learned in grade school)....
