I can't hold innocent women to account for the system they were born, only for there own actions, so yes I absolutely support same pay for same work with the same variables.

I added in the last part to make note of seniority, hours worked, rank, and countless other factors.

Many women expect men to pay on a date (although there are exceptions), but if men collectively said no, it would stop, we don't.

Honestly I don't date and the more I read this reddit and watch the witch hunt in the halls of power the more I have find I have little interest in changing that (I'm not MGTOW, more like MGTOW sympathies). Just adding that to provide personal context, buying dinner for women isn't an issue for me (buying sex is, but that is another issue).

As a woman who likes to pay my half of rent, dinner, anything I really appreciate fair pay. I don't expect to be kept. I want my money.

I think that considering all the privileges women get, 75 cents to a dollar is a fair price to pay.

I think it best to pay people based on their merits, not based on averages.

I'll happily give Miss Coulter 0.31¢/hr more than me, and let's put her & hers in a job where every time someone is seriously injured or dies at work, it's pretty much always one of them. Oh, and I won't moan and complain about the pay inequality, not even once, I promise. Aaaaaand you don't even have to buy me dinner! Just a freebie for ya!

I worry about not coming home to my pregnant wife and daughter every time I go to work. I do the job and take the risk and hope the insurance I buy with my extra 0.31¢ is enough for them, if I don't come home.
