I have to agree. My understanding is that this is a community advocating for men's rights, discussing violations of men's rights, and discussing actions that can be taken or pursued to further men's rights.

However, what I've seen in action makes this subreddit seem more a place against feminism, even against women as a whole, and a place supportive of illogical conclusions (click bait titles) with poorly discussed data so long as it supports a pro-male bias. I understand that feminism is leading the charge for many of the policies that are anti-male. However, I think the discussion should be about those specific "facts" feminism claims that are inaccurate or violate true facts, or specific actions feminists are taking that are anti-men's rights. To continue posting and discussing essentially "feminism is dumb" doesn't move the cause forward. To rally around and champion poor data and click bait when it supports you is just as silly as when feminists do it.

In my short time here, I've seen posts here claiming women should learn to shut their mouths or chance being justifiably killed by their partner, posts that women are stupid or incapable of logical thinking, posts recommending not using female doctors or networking contacts. It's just plain stupid and stoops to the level of the lowest feminist bullshit.

I believe wholeheartedly that men are being castrated thanks to a loud media-supported battle cry lead primarily by insane feminists who cite very selective data. However, I fear so long as men's rights supporters are wasting their time arguing about every outlandish statement made by a feminist on random social media platforms and vilifying women as a whole (a great deal of the discussion and conclusions I see here), you'll spin your wheels and never get anywhere. If anything, you may lose great current and potential advocates.

I have to agree, but beyond removing the more mundane low effort posts what can we do? Maybe a women behaving Wednesday to not let saturate. A shitpost Sunday could work as well as long as its only for sunday. Through in a good father Friday to encourage more levity. We don't need a theme for every day but corralling the more repetitious posts towards specific days could allow more insightful and informative posts room to breathe and grow and not get lost in the shuffle.

Tl;dr: ban the karma-whoring, hypocritical shitposts (and actually enforce it).

Oh look another one of these posts, I did notice things had been a bit quiet lately in regards to the pro-censorship crowd, yes, people have a habit of posting up low effort memes, don't respond to them if you don't want them bumped to the front page, that goes for everyone.

This, the current top post on the subreddit, is not only controversial at best; it explicitly violates the very first rule of the subreddit. I don't know if the entire mod team died all at once, or are off shitposting on /pol/, but what this subreddit has become is not what it is meant to be.

I'd say that marks you out as dodgy, not the other way round. The post you refer to may have been dull or whatever but the PEOPLE of this sub made it into something through their comments. Just as would be hoped for in a public forum!

For every post like the ones people like you obsess over there's twenty more that are bang on the money and take feminism or unfair men's issues to the top.

There's a lot of feminist trolls deliberately trying to lurk and post rubbish like this to stop the momentum building up among the MRA .To try to slow things down and prevent cohesive opinion forming.

This sub has some of the fastest growing numbers and most important issues daily. If you don't like it, go somewhere else or contribute something better.

Don't try to smear the mods and users.
