Sounds like you are quite interested in the attention and opinions of other men, enough to tell us about it. Is your life so shallow that the most exciting thing in it is some dude making sassy comments to you?

Either you have a shallow life and you need to spend your time and energy in a more productive way aka Lifting.

Or you find negative attention from men exciting in which case you should follow your heart on to the dick of a leather clad muscle daddy.

GLO is on point, he gave you the fix. But if you want an explanation as to why this is occurring.

Hanging with dudes is the same as hanging with chicks, or anyone for that matter. If you give people leeway in how they can treat you then they will treat you in the worse possible manner possible.

From the looks of it, and I'm just guessing here, you came off as weak to them and they took this as an opportunity to try and turn you into a bitch. So, they'll figure out what makes you happy, or what subject areas in general make you emotional and press them. It's a game to them, and they don't care if you like it or not.

You can fight them, play the same game back at them, but it'll be a non-stop shit-test festival, so A&A, Pressure Flip...but they've seen you act like a bitch once so they'll keep looking for that, so could be a long time. You can not do anything, we we've seen where that has got you, or you can just cut them and move out. You're in their game, you gave up ground, deal with it. Having Alpha roommates means dealing with Alpha behaviors, and those behaviors aren't at your discretion.

What I suggest in the future, boundaries, there are boundaries people cross that you need to let them know it's not cool. Yes it's theoretically a button they pushed, but you need to make sure that they don't want to push or cross that boundary again.

Next, character test, figure out who someone is before you get into bed with them, that means testing the type of person they are, whether they like to banter with other men, how they banter with other men, whether they like to tear people down, whether they like to build people up, whether like you, whether they don't like you, you get the idea.

And have some standards and/or a code of conduct you hold people too, if you character test someone and they begin acting differently or in a manner you don't like, let them know that's not cool, and cut them out of your life, end of story.

GLO showed you can't hang dude, if you want to play high level, you'll need to change your behaviors and what you reveal about yourself.

Dude if you said that to me, I'd break your balls like no other. Sounds like something a new age hipster with a man bun would say. They make fun of you, you just make fun of them back, just make sure to show good humor and NO emotional reaction. You ENJOY being made fun of, but can return fire more accurately and more devastatingly. Don't say "WTF FAG"?! Use creativity and wit to put them in their place.

Lift more. If you were a yoked motherfucker they wouldn't try you like that. You can also draw a line and put your foot down "Yo all jokes aside, you're really pushing the limits of my tolerance for your shit. Let's not ruin this good thing we have going on here". And if they keep talking spicy, punch them. There are some people out there who will never stop bullying you until they see your capacity for violence. Soemtiems words just aren't enough.

Are they friends? Some people are like that. I have friends who try to advise me. I know how to treat them.
If they're not friends, Is what they're saying helpful to you? Nice guy trying to improve your bench for or trainer lording status? Figure this out and respond accordingly. Accept the first, tell the second you're good thanks

Are these people really significant for you?
Are they contributing for your life?
Are you even friends with them or you just stand them for being your roomates?

Listen man, my advice for you is something my father always told me to have. Respect and be respected, don't let people put you down like that.

Stand up for yourself, no need to start brawling everyone but let people joke and fool you around is not a fun either.

I'd suggest to think carefully what are your benefits living with these people and if they are really worth your time and stress.

Have boundaries. If you're setting them, and they're not being respected, cut your ties. I wouldn't tolerate that with anyone I would associate with as a friend.
