The petition is a waste of your time. You need to 1. File criminal charges against the teacher and 2. bring a civil charge against both the gym and the employee.

That is completely awful. Banning you from the gym sounds like a result of a very poorly informed legal opinion. It sounds like they assume you’re going to sue and want to limit any further liability, but they are actually doing you harm by banning you.

If the odds were stacked against me, I can only imagine how much worse it would be for a young person, or a woman or transgender individual in a similar or even more traumatic situation.

Get jacked at another gym, go in and whoop some ass without signing in first. No, but in all seriousness, it's lawsuit time baby! You need to work fast to subpoena the footage before they delete it (if, hopefully, they haven't already).
