You're making a public restroom issue solely about men. Which is ironic in that only men have public restrooms at the moment.
Making something that men are actually ahead on (actually having public restrooms) into some sort of male victim narrative is classic feminist logic, but with the genders flipped.
It's not an even space though. Urinals pop out of the ground in Amsterdam at night then rescind into the ground in the morning. They cannot be used by women.
The urinals you found on google only pop up at night and are in addition to normal toilets in bars, cafes, restaurants, etc. Men can still go inside to use a proper facility if needed. Being pragmatic is not sexual humiliation. Peeing outside is not public humiliation. You are too sensitive.
Being allowed to chose whether or not to use an outside facility for convenience is not sexual humiliation. Men have the option to go inside to a traditional, private urinal.
Men do have the ability to use the toilet in a proper facility. Bars, restaurants, cafes, etc still have toilets in them and can be used by men. The urinals that pop out of the ground are in addition to those toilets for convenience.

You're post is the epitome of victim mentality and quiet androcentric instead of gynocentric
