I understand people don't respect president Trump.

I don't. And like these journalists, I don't like him either.

But you are at work. It's your job. And it's the office of the president, Congress, WHATEVER, you need to be professional. You still have to respect the office.

I met Bill Clinton the other day (I ignored Hillary and Chelsea) and I frankly don't like them. But when I addressed President Clinton, I addressed him as "Mr President", "President Clinton" and "sir" which are all things afford to him because of his position.

It's fucking BS that people don't respect the institutions. And that's what that is. And IDGAF what Michelle Obama or Ivanka Trump wear because they aren't technically public servants. They're attached to one. Politicians and the press whose job it is to keep them honest?

Act professional. Who knows? It might lead to some professional journalism down the road. One would hope.

I remember back in high school I got a job at Marshalls. Summer rolled around (mid to high 90s) and I asked if we (men) could wear shorts because it was so hot and the women were allowed to wear shorts or skirts. I was told no because the women had to wear hose under them. I offered to wear hose and was told no. The next day I asked a assistant manager who was wearing shorts why she wasn't wearing the required hose. She told me it was too hot to wear them.

Many courts across the US have waded into the minefield known as dress code for attorneys. Jacket and tie for men is easy to understand and ALWAYS enforced. Appropriate court attire for women is harder to define, and many presiding judges have noped out after attempting to enforce some equality between the sexes. Having said all that though, most courts would not allow the sleeveless blouses described here because that is basically a tank top.

Im wearing my only sleeveless shirt right now because I'm dying of heat. I haven't worn it in 2 months because it's been oddly cool for this time of year. I'm usually a guy who wears button up long sleeve shirts and pants, even during the summer. It's only 90 degress (humidity is quite high).

So.....okay. I also know a lot of people who spend a ton of time outside, even outside of work who wear sleveless shirts.

Couple of years ago there was this insane woman bitching about "sexist air conditioners" and how the "evil men" torture the innocent maidens and they almost die from cold. Now they're bitching that it's too hot. This is literally a case of "WHAT DO WE WANT?" - "WE DON'T KNOW!" - "WHEN DO WE WANT IT?" - "NOW!"...
