Be concerned if a person reports an issue that 'must change' with a 'demanded corrective measure' & ‘sense of urgency’ to avoid investigation or due process. As the issue may be that you insulted your co-worker’s “feelings of entitlement” who now want to get revenge by abusing the system. A “struggle session” can be used to abuse any escalation process including fake witchcraft, bigotry, micro-aggressions, white privilege, internalized racism, rape claims & any other magic word.
