I've heard this conversation a few times: People talk about "diversity" in libraries, and someone says, "Why don't you talk about getting more men into the profession?" That person responds with, "There are more men in librarian leadership than women." What's a good argument to indicate that men in leadership doesn't necessarily mean discrimination? How would you argue that it isn't necessarily a bad thing that men are in leadership positions? For the record, I don't care if most librarians are men or women.
