I'm ok with people replacing male roles with female actresses as long as there is no push back when remakes of movies and tv shows switch female leads to male leads. We can start with Donny from the wizard of oz, then move to Mark in The sound of music. Of course Marty Poppins has to be made, and Princess Larry in Star Wars. I would love to see the pilot of Golden Guys as long as Betty White still has a part. I wonder who they would cast for the three male leads in Charlie's angels, or the animated version of Joe White and the Seven Dwarfs. And we certainly can't forget John of Arc and Leopatra. What would you like to see remade?
