Sooner or later some university is going to piss off the wrong student and his family, and there won't be a hush hush settlement. There will be trials. Against the girl as well. And he will win them.

Going forward, preventing Obama-appointed judges (all of the 'men can't sue under title IX because I said so!' judges were appointed by Obama) from moving up the ladder should be a fairly high priority. His judges were unusually partisan, particularly on gender issues, and absolutely refused to ever rule against his administration. Even Bush II's judges had a higher rate shooting down that administration's crazy ideas, and Obama's have had with his.

And it's not like that hurts a lot of leftist issues, either, because Obama's appointments were also unusually authoritarian and unusually corporatist, in addition to being extremely ID and feminism oriented.
