What are some solid arguments against when feminists say that men can't get equivalent/equal rights as women during pregnancy because life is biologically unfair?

Simply tell her it's biologically unfair that woman is less rational and physically weaker than man and that's why the two can never be equal. See how that works out.

Use their logic against them.

Women shouldn't get equal rights because biology.

That should illustrate how that line of thought doesn't hold up or work in their favour.

Get creative with examples.

Men are stronger so if they can rape they should be entitled to it because biology.
Men are stronger so if they can they should be entitled to beat, torture or murder women because biology.
Men are stronger and faster so women should not compete in sport because even the best women are usually just somewhere near college men.
Men are massive over-represented at the extreme ends of the IQ curve so companies/universities etc. should only consider male applicants because the ratio of men to women at these high ends is so lop sided the odds of finding a qualified woman vs. a diversity incentive is so low.
Men overwhelmingly go into productive fields in higher learning whereas women get heaps of meaningless degrees. This is evidence of their poor decision making skills and thus they should be excluded from higher education since including them would simply be wasted resources especially if you consider that many women will drop out of the labour market to have and raise a child at least for a few years.
Men live on average 4 years less so we should forcibly terminate all women at the average age that men reach so women should pay more taxes to account for this.

I'm not endorsing these ideas but that is where that kind of reasoning leads you.

"Then you can pay for it yourself." No more male tax money and insurance premiums for your abortion/child support/contraceptives/family court expenses. I don't actually believe this. But they make a stupid argument.

Women have all the choices abortion / adoption / abandoning it in a hospital baby box. If she chooses not to exercise those choices then she alone should live with the responsibility of her choices and not foist them on others that have no choice.

Feminists are demanding having "Choice" but no responsibility for that choice. They want equality , you can't have it both ways. Live with the choices you make. and anything other then spitting the cost of the abortion should be her responsibility alone

In the US, all states have Safe Haven laws. These essentially allow women to drop their infants off anonumously, with no questions asked, at places like hospitals. The kids thereafter become the responsibility of the state. Feminists fought for these laws, which, of course, are very similar to LPS. Ask your opponents if they think these laws should be repealed.

You're asking the wrong question.

You should ask why consent to sex is not consent to parenthood for women, but it is for men?

If a woman doesn't want to be a parent, she has several options to get out of it. If a man doesn't, he has zero options. Abortion is just one option. So why don't men have access to the others?
