I taught myself how to do this and it really has nothing to do with the other shit people say in here. Cardio isn't necessary if you already lift. I don't hit cardio at all and go for about 2 hours or more every time.

The trick here is that there is no trick. The entire thing is a mindset. You have to stay in the mindset that you are going to fuck this little slut until you are done with her. It takes a little while to get used to but here's how you start.

Reduce your prolactin levels. You can do this with caber. A pill used by steroid users while taking tren. I heard vitamin b6 (I think it's 6 and it has to be a certain kind) can help.

Take a multivitamin customed to men and drink enough water. That in combination with 7.5h+ of sleep each night is how I can get it up in 30-45min for round 2 or 3, and the energy+enthusiasm kicks in a few minutes later when forplay is happening

I can't help with changing, but I can tell what I do:

No jerking if there's a chance of sex (I do jerk twice or three times a day otherwise);
I consider "being ready" as one of the benefits of sleeping decently. Be rested. I take a nap before meeting a plate whenever I can;
Eat decently. I'm always on a low carb diet but I'll eat them if I'm going to bang;
Use whatever trick you can to be at ease after you bust a nut and don't feel pressured.
