I don't understand the question. People should be treated equally under the law. If they are not, then they should. What rights are men fighting to keep that women do not have?

It can be that men have rights under law, but the law is not allowing them.

Right to bodily integrity. (circumcision)
Right to choose parenthood. (financial abortion)
