The fact is that because I am a male custodian she thought she could do what she wanted because I was the one between her and doing whatever she wanted. It's university and pretty much universal policy when a bathroom is closed you don't enter if you're a decent human being

Nothing makes me happier than inconveniencing rude people. When i need to get into a women's bathroom (facilities at a casino). I get a female security guard, we shut down the room and i take my time fixing the issue. You're rude, not getting in.

So what's the men's rights issue? Do you close the men's bathrooms while cleaning them? Otherwise as long as she's fully aware that there is a man cleaning the bathroom its her choice what to do next.
