My comment:

The police caught 104 men over 3 years and this is the best example they could find?

The police and the media forgot that 16 years old is the age of consent in Canada.

But when a female teacher abuses her student, the media calls it a relationship, even when the boy is under 16.

(I refer to 16 for comparative purposes)
