I'm generally against supplements, but swear by the following.

Also, labdoor.com is a great resource for finding quality brands and rankings, if you prefer not to use the brands listed below.

Dietary (available on Amazon)

L-OptiZinc (30mg daily @breakfast). Unless you regularly eat oysters and/or never ejaculate, you almost definitely need this. Help with T.
Doctor's Best Magnesium (200mg @evening). Better sleep, less anxiety, all kinds of good stuff.
Full Spectrum Vitamin K (by Innovix Labs) (600mcg daily of MK-4 & MK-7 @lunch). The good stuff in spinach, helps Vitamin D go to where it should go and not fuck your arteries up. This particular brand claims to be more bio-available so you absorb it.
Triple Strength OMEGA-3 (by Innovix Labs) Concentrates Fish Oil (900mg daily @anytime). Great for your brain and skin. Careful with some brands because they're contaminated with heavy metals since our oceans are fucked.
Healthy Origins Vitamin D3 (5000 IU every other day @vitamink-time). Vitamin D is good for all kinds of stuff, including T levels. If you get sun year round or it's summer, not so important to supplement. If you sit inside at a desk and have long winters like me, it's a must.

Gym, massive boners, alpha mental state

Nootropics Depot KSM-66 (600mg daily: 300mg @waking up & 300mg @mid-afternoon). All kinds of great things from increased power output, reduced anxiety, increased recovery, lower body fat, delayed ejaculation, possibly higher T, etc. DGAF in a pill. My favorite supplement of all. It's an extract of ashwaghanda.
Organic Gelatinized Black Maca Root Powder (1tbsp daily @morning). Nobody seems to really know how or why it works, but this stuff gives you pretty intense "drive" or energy (especially libido) for lack of a better word. Sort of like powdered no-fap mixed with coffee.
MyProtein Creatine (5g daily @morning). Creatine helps you push a little harder. Could be better brands out there, they sent me this for free with my last protein order and it does the trick.
MyProtein Impact Whey Protein (40-infinite grams daily @anytime). High quality, super cheap when they have sales (seems to be every month or two). I order 70lbs every half a year or so for dirt cheap, like $5 a pound.

I make preworkout out of the following. Can't say which parts or dosages are effective, but can lift for hours when taking this everyday.

Bulk Supplements beta-alanine (4g daily). Could be worthless, I like the tingles, supposed to help blood flow I believe.
Bulk Supplements Pure L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1 powder (7g daily). Supposed to make you go harder for longer. Seems to be the case.
200mg caffeine pills (any brand should do).

BCAA, magnesium, potassium, calcium, zink, vitamine D3. Be aware of the fact that some of those should not be took together though.

In addition to these other comments, investigate the contents. Some multi vitamins, supplements etc (especially the cheaper ones) contain high concentrations of aluminum and other shit. Be mindful of your purchases

Keep it simple unless you are a full out body builder. Pre-workout, creatine, bcaa's, and protein. Some natural things like fish oils and zinc may help with clearing your skin but it won't get you any more swole.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned is probiotics. They are very important. Probiotics help your body digest, and use the nutrients from food. You don't absorb everything you eat, but with probiotics you absorb more. They are also HUGE for general immunity. "All disease starts in the gut" - some Greek philosopher. I eat kimchi for this and supp a 100 billion count. It's overkill but oh well. Garden of life ultimate care

Omega 3s. They are essential for a reason. Your body doesn't make these so you have to eat them. They are used in your brain. They are anti inflammatory, this is noticeable if you lift, your joints won't be as sore if you take these. I use cod liver oil for this because of the vit A and D in it. Nordic naturals

I noticed you said you take BCAAs "during" your workout. I thought these were pills? I also thought they were taken BEFORE a workout.

Can you elaborate on this cuz i was thinkin of taking BCAAs to compliment my low carb, high fat diet.

basically a good multi vitamin is all you need... the rest is really just wasting money.
