Every time a story about Lena D comes up I am more convinced that she see's herself as actually "Talented" (Oscar-dysphoria) that she is "Slim and Gorgeous" (Vogue-dysphoria) and that she is "Relevant" (Facepalm-dysphoria).

Dunham does as Dunham will get reaction. She's like any attention seeker with the mentality of a five year old .... even her ever increasing outrageousness gets boring until it's just strangely sad and diagnostic of a mentality forged through child abuse and neglect.
