Footballer found not guilty of rape, what happens?

Ched Evans spent some of his best footballing years behind bars, and playing in clubs a lot lower than his potential due to this rape charge.

I'm not really blaming the woman either, as she felt she was raped, and rightfully reported it. So in my eyes, this is something a trial should have solved.

Ched Evans probably had the potential to play for a Premier League club, and earn about £30k, or more a week. As the trial found out, this was wrongfully robbed of him. Even to now clubs will be reluctant to sign him, due to the rape charges.

He had the chance to live comfortably for the rest of his life with what he earned as a footballer, but now he will most likely have to get a job after his career ends, and his options are quite limited due to his lack of education.

What are his options for being compensated for this?

Why is it that women can make false testimonials and get away with it, yet children that create child porn can be prosecuted?

She may be a victim, but she should have seen some punishment for doing this to him. If kids can be arrested for taking pictures that they cannot consent to, then why aren't women arrested for soliciting sex when they cannot consent?
