Right off the bat, she's a low quality partner. If she's doing this openly, you've got to make her realize she's fucked up... but not by telling her directly.

Emotionally detach from her (distance, disinterest, etc.). Spend time with other girls. Hit up and text other girls whenever you're around with her. But don't do any of this to get even with her... you should be doing all of this because you value your time and you're not going to get treated as a second rate citizen. She should know better than to openly talk about other guys, but she doesn't care.

If she values your presence, she would watch herself and make sure she doesn't screw up. It would seem that your value is pretty low in this case. By doing all of the above, it polarizes her and makes her realize she's fucking up somewhere. She's either going to fix her mistakes at that point, or she's going to go elsewhere. Both outcomes should be desirable for you, because then at least you know where you stand.

Just bring up some of your own like you're shooting the shit with your boys. I've done this with multiple females and it hasn't worked poorly yet. Maybe even one up them a tad.

A girl who respects you will watch what she says or does. She, in all likelihood, has another dick lining up in the event that you leave. That may be why she doesn't care. Demote her to plate and plan your exit.

I usually respond with "oh that's cool" and wait for them to say something else. It makes it clear that if they say more about it they are obviously pushing the issue and it makes them change the subject if they don't want to press. There's other similar variations I'll use like "Omg no way!" or "oh tell me more!". I also never talk about my exes. It usually becomes pretty clear I don't want to hear/talk about exes.

Drop her like a rock. If she is trying to piss you off, she doesn't respect you. If she is too dumb to realize that what she said isn't appropriate, you need to set some boundaries. But you're probably getting walked all over already if this shit is happening.
