They aren't tackling discrimination, they're looking for it so they can pounce on it. That comment she made proves as much, also this quote isn't verbatim but it gets what she meant 'If 20 men and 1 woman go for a job, the man is most likely to get it' FUCKING OBVIOUSLY it's called probability you fucking idiot, but of course I call you an idiot, you're a woman. Men work on construction sites cos men are more suited to it, simple as that, if a woman was as suited as the men, she'd get the job

No, that's not how men think, and she is literally projecting her own sexist ideology and practices onto men. If a man gets hired in that situation, it's because in those twenty men at least one of them was a better candidate than that one woman. That's not sexism, that's just probability.

They had no detailed plan, are terrible at financial calculations, and lacked specifics on HOW they're going to provide the skills and tools these female construction workers need. Seems like the dragons' funding would only go to quotas and addressing discrimination. I wouldn't invest in it either.

That was awesome. Doesn't kick in until around 5 minutes but then we see some very typical behaviour from a closet feminist that I'm sure we've ALL experienced, of her behaving like a child, her reverse sexism, her stupidity and arrogance. And the dragons openly point it out in the clip. Very surprising to see a mainstream BBC show call it out. And very encouraging.
