The "tampon tax" post got heavily down voted because of misinformation. There isnt any "special" tax on tampons, just regular tax. Deny the false info & lies please.

I think the idea is that a product women "need" is taxed therefore women have to pay taxes on the product they need and it's unfair. I think none of it should be taxed. Condoms, period stuff, tp, dental and hygiene products.

Obama Care Act (I know what its really called) does tax all tampon's. Also taxes all medical devices. Ergo Obama can say what he wants but he had passed a law that taxes women more then men. Women use more products classified as medical devices then men. FYI: Obama Care is sexist.
