I have abstained for 60 days. In fact I was celibate for three years. One of those years was with a finance who tempted me constantly. I married her for fifteen hellish years.

Post divorce, I've tried various no-fap and monk mode systems. What I have found to be MOST effective is this: Pick a day. My day is Sunday. The weekend is over. Things have happened, or not. It's a release vent.

There's no way to actually prove it, since it can be confirmation bias. But, worst case scenario it's an exercise to strengthen your willpower. So, test it and see what happens.

It gives you special powers, but not really. Spanking your monkey is probably the healthiest thing you can do on the planet, the trick is, you need to use your mind. If you're jerking off to porn all the time (I'm not on board with porn being Satan's HBO) but if that's your only masturbatory outlet or outlet in general - your dick and brain are not going to be in sync. Also ditch any feelings of guilt, or hangups about it. Beat off with pride, I've gotten laid and gotten numbers on days where I have and haven't beat my meat and there is no difference. Try it out, sometimes holding back has adverse effects but everyone is different. Bottom line is mental fortitude and a good attitude will always be a winning combo.

It's not going to make a magical transformation, but just be aware of behavioral changes that occur based on sex drive. If you are constantly jerking it, you never really let your drive build, you're always in content mode. If you let it build, that's when you'll be more sexually aggressive. I find I look at women like objects if i go a bit. What I don't get is the whole NO jerking off period thing. That isn't health guys. Just try and jerk off less, and especially at certain times. If you're ever going out that night around women, tie your fucking hand behind your back.

It's not some magical trick to get you better with women. That doesn't exist. It may help a bit but ultimately, i doubt it's the one thing holding you back from getting mad pussy.

Try it as see how it goes but keep putting in the work.

Nah, it just gives you the drive to want to go and pickup women. Success will be based on your looks/frame/hygiene/dress sense
