Do men like getting paid more than women?

There are no companies that pay people differently for doing the same job.

Men earn more on average because they work longer hours, work dirty and dangerous jobs, and a lot of other factors as well.

The downside for men is a higher chance to be killed at work, their bodies taking more punishment, more stress related illness, less time with their families, etc

In the US it is illegal for a company to pay men more than women for the same job. So, no one in the US would really know the answer to that question.

No company pays men more than women because they are men. A company like this would be subject to lawsuits and be considered highly unethical. It just doesn't happen. What does happen, however, is men seeking out higher wages because they have to, because they are expected to provide for women, because they have no safety nets the way women would and because it is part of their identity(or how they derive any sort of social/romantic/sexual value). What does happen, also, is discriminatory practices against men in companies that specifically hire women over men because it's "progressive"(which most women seem to be totally okay with). Why would women ever want to work for those companies?

whilst its true that men on average earn more per year than the average female, that isnt to say we are paid the same for the same job. To give an example, if i work as a garbage cleaner and earn £12 an hour, and the females on the company only got say £10, the council or whatever company provided the garbage cleaners would get sued. whats actually occuring is men are taking less pleasant, more dangerous, longer hours, less pleasant times (such as night time or weekends), take less sick days (i believe women take on average 5 as opposed to mens 3, but that is what i can remember i could be off), and we dont get pregnant later in life and thus take months or even years off (unless we choose to take paternaty after the child is born) unlike women who pretty much have to take time off near the very end of their pregnancy and usually choose to do so after birth (not to say its a bad thing, but it is their choice). when most if not all factors are added up the pay gap drops down to between 1-7% based on what factors where considered (and the more factors added the lower the number is). forinstance a consad report in the US put it at 7% after look at around 8 factors. realistically there are considerably more than that, and the uk naturally had a lower wage gap (73 cents to the mans dollar in the US whereas in the uk its 78 pence to the pound) https://web.archive.org/web/20151216092334/http://www.consad.com/content/reports/Gender%20Wage%20Gap%20Final%20Report.pdf

I don't think there any that do, and seeing that most people enjoy being part of a fair system, or to correct myself. Most people enjoy being part of a system that treat women well.

There are companies in the UK now actually paying women more. I don't think any of the women have quit.
