I used to go to a dance studio that only had 2 bathrooms; female and a gender neutral one. I felt that was understandable tho, it was like 20/1 female to male there.

Because, apparently, 'everywhere else' is a male space.

Honestly I wouldn't go in any of these for fear of having the cops called. If a bathroom doesn't say men, I'm not going in. If I suspect that a transman or woman may be in the men's room, I won't be going in. I don't need to get arrested.

The problem that I see with men's bathrooms that biologically female people can enter is that they really aren't men's rooms any more and if I whip out my cock to take a piss, I might end up on a list. especially if that person is under 18.

I can hold it until I get home.

As I have mentioned before, argue reductio ad absurdum or consistency.

Last drop problem is anatomical. Therefore, law should require men's rooms to be cleaned twice as frequently.

The second women's washroom was probably installed because of the long wait time to use it (women spend more time in the restroom on average). A second men's room likely never reached a capacity problem.
The men's room was likely converted to a neutral restroom because, again, the men's room is less often occupied and ideal for additional overflow.

Now, if you see two women's restrooms, a neutral restroom, and 1 bucket in a corner with the MENS placard resting against it, then you can complain. Until then, just nut up and use the neutral restroom.
