Why today’s young women are just so FEEBLE: They can’t cope with ANY ideas that challenge their right-on view of the world, says a top academic. I am not posting this as an attack on women it is just that it does fit with some women's attitude these days.

This is what political correctness does to people, especially the ones they claim to protect. They never got prepared during school to have their views challenged or to look at multiple perspectives and get criticised. So this means now they're going to university and finally the real world they're having mental breakdowns when they find out the majority of the world disagrees with them.

I know what you're saying, it's mainly women affected by this, but lets not forget their male counterparts are also being indoctrinated with this bullshit and it's also even otherwise sane and normal men who suffer because these people have been told that men are all potential rapists.

I am particularly concerned we are teaching girls to see themselves as victims. Recent research showing that fewer young people are going to nightclubs is revealing. It’s not because they can’t afford it.

Rather, women cite reasons such as the fear of encountering drunken men who may try to take advantage of them. How sad that modern women are frightened enough to associate a night out with sexual assault.

And there it is, the reclusion from social life that will spur social disorders in a way we haven't seen before.

It would be interesting to see which social outlets these young people use. Do they turn to dating sites, thereby skewing the demographic to people who feel victimized?

The feminists have successfully created a rape culture where every decision is based on rape, even though it is a relatively rare occurrence. Women's lib has backfired, and instead of being liberated to go to a club and choose a sexual partner without fear of being labeled a slut, women fear having a sexual encounter because they are taught that it is always rape. Different method, same outcome.

I'm not so much concerned about those teenagers. 10 years back when I was a teenager we had a lot of so called "Emos" at school. They were very similiar: fragile and seemingly unable to live. And now this subculture seems entirely extinct and the people who were part of it have grown up to normal people. I guess that the same will happen with these teenagers.

In my experience it's not just young women, it's many young people of all ethnicities, genders and backgrounds.

It goes back to the practice of giving every child a trophy, not ranking soccer teams in order to avoid hurting anyone's feelings, and parents teaching their kids that they are angels who are entitled to anything they want.
