Why the hell hasn't he left the country with a big fat smile on his face, happy to get the fuck out? Alternatively, I'll be calling the cops constantly with such notices as "I'm heading to a bar later, don't know what will happen" and "Heading to the grocery store, could meet someone, fingers crossed!" and even lazy stuff like "Hey whats the time? Great, Im gonna have sex at exactly that time tomorrow and if I dont Ill call you back".

I wonder how he supposed to give them notice? Could he just set his email system up to send an email every hour telling them he intends to have sex in the next 24 hours? That way he is covered.
