Best idea: Share some money with people wronged in the past.
Next best: Give money to programs that help underprivileged girls learn tennis (presuming that the lower pay of the past resulted in less access for females).
Worst idea: start a reverse gender discrimination program. Because two wrongs make a right.

Called the LTA about this and the woman on the other end of the line didn't sound pleased at all. Kept on telling me 2017 still under review and that I, being male, ought to support womens rights instead of crying about it like a little baby!
