1) Genital integrity: check.

2) Right to vote without draft: check. Chance of being resolved soon.

3) Right to choose parenthood: almost. They can be forced to surrender custody.

4) Primary caregiver: Court bias, not a right.

5) Call unwanted sex rape: The term used for a crime against you is not a right that carries any meaning. Both actions are still criminal, so protection still exists (compare with point 1).

6) Jail time: Court biases are not rights.

7) Not be assumed sexual predators: Popular biases are not rights either.

8) Government departments: check.

9) Government enforced gender quotas: SCOTUS ruled against the use of gender quotas (assuming US nationality because you specifically referenced the FBI), so no, they are explicitly denied this.

10) Exclusive tax benefits: Check.

11) Domestic violence shelters: Almost, the shelters do still have limits on their capacity and the government does not consider them being overcapacity to be a crises. Still, there is a lesser right here.

12) Primary aggressor: Almost, again the law doesn't quite go this far, it just generates a strong tendency for the man to be assumed the primary aggressor. For instance, if the woman is many times larger than the man, the policy actually targets the woman (though bias implanted through training regimens might still cause the man to be arrested). Additionally, in a dispute between two lesbians, one of the women will be deemed primary aggressor.

4 rights properly identified, 3 lesser related rights, 3 strong biases and 2 errors. Please shore up your arguments, especially with respect to the errors. Filling out a list with poor quality arguments only makes it easier for people to dismiss the list entirely, using the poor arguments to convince others not to bother hearing the better quality arguments.

I would call some of these "privileges" and not actually rights... but I see someone else already broke it down decently so I won't get in to the specifics

Twenty seconds before I closed that crap. He may very well have a valid points but no way would I sit and watch that garbage. Voice and appearance are nails on a chalkboard. Sorry man just cant watch your stuff.
