The question is would the dead man be okay with it. If he left everything to her in the will I'd be okay with it. Honestly I'd be okay with it period if it was my son whose balls she took.

News has really sunk in quality.

The correct French term for a female engaged to be married is "fiancée". We do not accent English, so the correct term in English is "fiancee". The second "e" is not optional, in either language.

Only a handful of transpeople are the world are capable of being a "fiance" who can bear a child.

Ultimately, I do not care about this case. What happens to a dead person's body (beyond destruction of evidence, or health risk to others) is irrelevant.

I don't think there's anything to see here. This seems like a woman who loved her husband to be a lot and now would like to see a part of him carried on. If they were married already I think it would be less of an issue.
