The article follows the usual feminist (female?) pattern of dishonesty in gender issues, using weasel wording to claim a disadvantage what is a female advantage:
* Men are expected to pay for dates, a clear abuse of the male. Feminism calls that "controlling the money".
* Men admire and adore women's bodies, thereby giving women social, sexual, and legal control over men? Feminism calls that "objectification".
* Men in some jobs are required to wear restrictive clothing - ties, closed collars, suit jackets, limited colours? Feminism ignores the male disadvantage and tries to convert it to a female disadvantage, complaining office temperatures are kept too cool for women to wear their frilly summer outfits and instead must put on a sweater in the office. (Oh, what torture - a sweater.)
* Public transport seats may be too small for men. Feminism calls this "manspreading," inverting the problem and the blame.

MR desperately needs to break this feminist control of the language.

It is customary to politely dance-around that particular African elephant which happens to be loudly chewing hay, swatting flies with its tail and crapping huge piles of dung in the middle of the fancy tea-room.

Yeah ... no. Getting a life subsidy is what EX-wives do. If you can't pay for your own living expenses, then you should have no reasonable expectation of any grown adult entering into a relationship with you. If they discover you are a financial basket case while they are in that relationship, you should have no reasonable expectation of them staying. If you communicate so poorly that you cannot tell your partner that current spending is outstripping your income, and it needs to change, then you aren't adult enough for a relationship, either.

Eh I don't subscribe to that mindset, ill pay for a cheap first date only as in less then 20 dollars. In a relationship its always been mostly 50/50 on who pays. Any decent girl Isn't going to expect you to pay every time anyway.
