Imagine if an already male dominated field made a billboard with a scantily clad woman to promote an "all male" facility or service. Who really thinks that would be considered acceptable by the media/general public?

And yet as a young adult with disability who lives in a care facility with both Male and female nurses my request to have the male nurse on to so my care isn't taken seriously but oh no when a female resident request a female nurse you better be dam sure they get one to do there care.

That billboard is awful but even worse is that the rehab facility actually advertises the fact that it discriminates against male nurses by refusing to let them work in the all-female wing, without having a commensurate all-male wing in which only men can work.

How is that kind of employment discrimination legal?
