This is utterly legal, and I can't believe Trump is threatening to sue over it. Also, the term "body shaming" needs to die a hasty death. Nobody outside agency can make you feel ashamed of your body. Anybody who can handle unflattering images of themselves is not equipped to be President. Hillary has not complained about her saggy-boobs portraits, and I believe there is an entire series of them.
