So the question is, what takes precedence for you - speaking up about things you think are important, or being considered a feminist?

Similarly, what is a deeper truth to you - the things you are saying about men, or the conviction that feminism is always right?

It's always "men must learn to talk about their feelings". Maybe everyone else should learn to listen! If there's an issue with women, people say that society must change, not the women themselves. And you admit that people belittle men who talk about their feelings! So what will you teach them exactly? "You should talk about your feelings even though nobody cares and you'll be belittled"? Tell the others not to belittle them!

The biggest problem with feminism, in terms of how it actually affects society and what we can do about that, is that it has such tremendous social capital. People joke about how some political candidate could kill someone in Times Square and still get votes; it's the same for feminism. But you can't tear someone like that down just by criticizing them, and feminism doesn't even have a single leader to criticize; the only recourse is to offer an alternative with its own social capital. To tear all the problematic parts of feminism down, the MRM has to build itself up first.
