They are fucking scum here in Canada. Absolute fucking scum, that do nothing if a child is being abused by a woman. Absolute shame that yet another child falls thru the cracks because of blatant, institutionalized sexism in CPS.

Doesn't the public have the right to know who this public servant is? Hell are CPS workers even considered public servants? Who do they even answer to? They need to be and the entire industry needs to be much more transparent than it currently is.

Another issue might be that CPS workers are hourly, LTE workers, meaning the scope of their employment is very sketchy. LTE means it is a 6 month appointment and can be renewed. Basically, these people only have 6 month jobs, but people renew the positions. If the actual employment of the services sucks, the services provided will reflect that as well. I really doubt whoever the bitch was that didn't do anything was a salaried worker, and was probably making dick not knowing if her job would be there in 6 months. You can't expect to attract quality people with that type of employment.
