Burns referred to what happened as "something stupid kids do."

That begs an excellent question: if these boys had forcibly penetrated a girl against her will with a broom handle, I have very little doubt the police wouldn't immediately call it rape.

Am I nuts or is that a very rational gender neutral definition?
