Hi guys. 4 days ago I turned 18, and I've been THINKING of approaching girls for two years now. I realized the only possible way of me taking action right now is through small daily increments, going out of my comfort zone daily.

My goal is to be able to talk to everyone, and to be able to hold conversations and talk forever basically. Right now I am too afraid to strike up conversations with strangers.

If someone could give me challenges that will lead me up to approaching girls at the end, I would be really happy. like a 30 day program or something like that..
