It’s common for women to get many guys hitting on them, and any guy can tell you they’ve dealt with male orbiters shooting their shot. Back then it was mostly in person but now you deal with them on social media and they’re everywhere and because of that they’re more aggressive and do not give up. Most guys are used to it and expect it to happen and if they’re not okay with it then they get called insecure which is messed up because most women don’t see it as an issue so they get no empathy.

I can guarantee most women would be very insecure if the roles were reversed and their boyfriends had female orbiters but since many guys don’t get much attention from other women in general they don’t have to go through it which is why it’s a foreign concept to many of them. What’s interesting is that if it did happen, women would still get sympathy/empathy from people and blame the boyfriend and encourage their insecurity.

This is something I still deal with but I would be lying if I said I don’t feel insecure sometimes. Let’s use tinder as an example and look at the difference between a guy and woman’s profile, guys rarely get random women swiping right on them but for women it’s common. For guys it’s a competition to prove yourself.
