I believe last time it was posted someone had a source saying she got the DUI but nothing for the sexual stuff because the police department didn't want to scare women from coming forward for sexual harrassment/rape.

To me, it did nothing of the sort because what they are actually doing is not scaring women from faking rape.

Girls faking being raped or sexually harassed are why people are sceptical when a woman comes forward.

The less girls we have faking things like this means the more credible women will be when they come forward if they actually have been raped.

So the cops basically fucked over women who have been sexually assaulted and men who have been accused of sexual assault simultaneously, while giving the thumbs up to females that falsley accuse others and also degraded the very system that puts guilty men behind bars.
