I see a lot of people here say to go read the sidebar to improve your game or people saying how they got better with women after internalizing the sidebar.

Ihave read the side bar multiple times. My question is what do you take out of it that directly and practically improves your game especially in cold approaching?

I have been doing a lot of day game lately where I am confident and relaxed and never give any compliments, just have normal conversation with some jokes and I get numbers most of the time but that's it, it doesn't lead to anything, either noresponce or give out excuses.
