You can't do much.

Women can at any point in time avoid the responsibility of having unprotected sex (or sex with protection that failed). They have multiple methods of pregnancy prevention, they have the morning after pill, the have abortions, they have baby hatches where they can just leave their children, they can give up the child for adoption and they can almost always make some man or the community pay for the kid and herself if they wish to.

You have none of these options. You have two choices of pregnancy prevention, where one makes you infertile, and the other is very easy to manipulate, compared to dozens for women. After that, you are fucked by almost any regarding law in any wester nation.

The only thing you can do is get the 50$ back (since it was not a gift), which is nothing compared to what you have to pay her.

So there's that, no way to get out of that responsibility as a man.

If you want to have more contact to your son, that's certainly possible, but hard.

My opinion is that men and women should have the same (or at least similar) reproductive choices. If women can abort, men should either be allowed to enforce an abortion or opt out of the financial responsibility. If women want to give up the kid for adoption, the father should obviously get it and she should pay child support (is this already the case?), only if both parents don't want it, the child should be given up for adoption.

Get her to admit it on tape and you might have a case for a civil suit where you can get her to pay you back for the loss you incurred as a response of her lie.

You'll still pay child support. But she'll pay you for the fact she forced you into a situation where you pay child support.

Realistically though, that's a long shot.
