Group of girls brutally beat another girl for over 10 minutes, all of it on film, and none of them are facing charges.

four of them literally stomp her ass after beating her to the ground. kicking anyone who is down is classified as aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. in practically every single state.

young boys who do this are without fail charged, and the law will always attempt to have them tried as adults at 14.

This came after the schoolgirl was allegedly sent a death threat by one of the girls, who is aged just 13.

"Things are just different now. I don't go to school. I don't hang out with my other friends," Naomi told Fox 4.

Mr Johnson is now suing one of the mothers of the girls involved.

The woman owns the home where the beating allegedly occurred.

In his lawsuit he has alleged that she “negligently and/or recklessly” allowed the beating to happen by not properly supervising the group.

He said the woman allowed the teens to drink at her home and failed to rescue or assist Naomi when the others were hitting her.

So in the world of zero tolerance school policy where the mere suggestion you were involved- as the victim- of assault can get you suspended, the school wont do a thing with film evidence because they go to different classes?
