If there is one thing the military is good at, it is being excessively punitive for even minor infractions. With rape hysteria sweeping the ranks, and the presumption of guilt, the armed forces are having a hey day.

He is not even accused of sexual assault, for Christ's sake. Touching a woman's back at work, or her thigh to look at a tattoo? Give me a break.
