According to Carrollton police, the teen said the attack occurred in late August or early September. He said he told his attackers that he wasn't interested in group sex, but that Schlueter held him down while the two women raped him.

Of course there was a man involved who physically held him down while the women raped him, and it had to be a direct and violent rape before they called it that, but at least they didn't say that he was held down while the women "provided sex" to him or had "forcible sex" with him. It's nice that they called it what it was.

Though this is kind of bullshit:

A young woman was also involved. Because the woman is under 21 years old, prosecutors are having to determine how to proceed as far as charges against her.

As far as I know prosecutors have never had trouble charging 20 year old men with rape before. Maybe it's just a temporary thing and they'll end up charging her anyway, and I shouldn't judge this early, but it's still kind of weird that they even have to think about it.

That's my home town and i know both of these mother fuckers. What makes me even more sick is she has 4 kids and he has four kids of not more. I hope they throw the book at both of these sick fucks and charge the other woman as well. Fucking fucks.

Sorry just really gets to me personally not just it being my home town.
